About GymMate

GymMate is gym management software for independent gyms and small chains. One app serves everyone who uses it: members check in and follow their membership, front-desk staff enrol and check people in, trainers build and assign programmes, and owners see attendance and revenue.

What it does

• Check-in — by QR code, by face at a camera the gym installs, or automatically when a member arrives at the gym, if they turn that on.
• Memberships — plans, renewals, freezes and payment history.
• Training — workout and diet programmes a trainer writes and assigns.
• Progress — logged lifts, personal bests and daily step count.
• For owners — attendance trends, expiring memberships and revenue.

Who runs it

GymMate is built and operated by Vynus Solutions. Each gym is a separate tenant: a gym's staff only ever see their own members, and members only ever see their own data.

A note on health

GymMate is a fitness and gym administration tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Training and nutrition programmes in the app are written by your gym's staff. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new exercise or diet programme.
