Information we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, and role, provided during enrollment or sign-up.
- Membership data: plan, start/expiry dates, and payment records created by your gym.
- Attendance: check-in times and the method used (face, QR, or manual).
- Face data (optional): if your gym uses face check-in, a numeric face representation (embedding) is stored to recognize you at check-in. We do not sell this data. You can request its deletion.
- Device tokens: a push-notification token, if you enable notifications.
How we use information
To operate the service: authenticate you, record attendance, manage memberships and payments, send service notifications, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
Data sharing
Your data is associated with your gym and visible to that gym’s authorized staff. We use service providers (hosting, email, push delivery) only to operate the service.
Data retention & deletion
We keep data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → Delete account), which removes your profile, attendance, and face data. You may also contact us to request deletion.
Security
We use industry-standard measures including encrypted transport (HTTPS) and hashed passwords. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region).
