These Terms govern your use of the GymMate app and web console provided by Vynus Solutions. By using the service you agree to them.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details private and accurate. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to it.

Your gym's role

GymMate is provided to you through your gym. Your gym manages your membership, plans, payments and any programmes assigned to you, and its staff can see the data described in our Privacy Policy. Disputes about fees, access or membership terms are between you and your gym.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempting to access another member's or another gym's data, no interfering with the service, no using it unlawfully, and no checking in on someone else's behalf.

Health and fitness

GymMate is a fitness and gym administration tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Workout and diet programmes are written by your gym's staff, not by us. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, and stop and seek advice if you feel unwell.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features.

Ending your use

You can delete your account at any time from the app or at https://gym.vynus.in/delete-account. We may suspend an account that breaches these Terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vynus Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from physical training. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
