Need a hand with the GymMate app?

Getting started

GymMate is used by gyms to manage memberships, check-ins and staff. If you are a gym member, your gym enrolls you and gives you a gym code. Use Activate account on the login screen, enter the gym code (or scan the gym’s QR) and your email or phone, then set a password.

Common questions

I can’t log in. If your gym just enrolled you, tap Activate account to set your password first. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password to get an email reset code.

Where do I find my gym code? Ask your gym’s reception — they can show the code and a QR you can scan.

How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to Profile → Delete account (staff: account menu → Delete account). This permanently removes your data.
